Sustainability and natural products will mark the culinary year

The world of gastronomy and events is constantly evolving and to be at the forefront, it is essential to be aware of what the latest trends are. Seeds, spices or algae will be part of the gastronomic offer of the year. In this same line, local, natural and ecological foods will be rewarded.

The preparation of packaging to offer take-away food comes with force, they will also be habitual during 2019 with the aim of offering a sustainable service.

Sustainable catering

Although we must clarify that having food trucks or food stands does not prevent the offer of gourmet dishes and preparations that leave the mouth open to the guests. One of the advantages of opting with food trucks is that you can offer “personalized” menus for each guest since they will choose what to eat. There are Mexican, Italian, hamburgers, cheeses, creperies, sweets … the possibilities are “almost” infinite.
Showcookings are also common, especially at weddings, offering guests a show during the event.

Vanguard and traditional food

The fusion of flavors will also be a regular in the sector. Starting from good quality products by adding a different touch that can come, specifically, the fusion of flavors. We can find avocado or hummus ice cream, red fruit gazpacho or melon, for example. The flavors of traditional cuisine like.
