The great platform of Spanish design has given the kick-off to its 67th edition. Until next January 29, Madrid becomes the fashion capital with the celebration of parades, presentations and events, within the framework of the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Madrid (MBFWM), which are taking place in different parts of the capital.
Thus, the most outstanding designers of the moment, such as Juan Vidal, María Escoté, Pedro del Hierro, Oliva, Leandro Cano or Moisés Nieto, return to the pavilions of IFEMA (and other scenarios) to project their particular point of view, fruit of their creative talent and its capacity for innovation in its new proposals.
In these first days have taken place some of the most anticipated shows of the event, such as Pedro del Hierro, who celebrated his 30 years in the world of fashion with a parade the Railway Museum, the return of Roberto Verino or the show of one of the signatures ‘made in Spain’ with the most international impact, that of María Escoté, who was in charge of opening the parade calendar of the 67th edition of MBFWM.
A few catwalks that, in addition to becoming the best aperitif to celebrate the important creative moment that Spanish fashion is going through, are ahead of the trends that will soon invade the shop windows. And, just a few months before kicking off the official wedding season, Madrid Fashion Week is also postulated as the best catalog to gather the ideas with which to become the perfect guest.
And, now that the nuptial terrain is adapting to the needs of the generation and little remains of the classical and clonic wedding concept, the rules disappear and the possibilities are endless.
